NOT FOR WEALTH, BUT FOR JANNAH

Image
A man was crying because he lost in a case. But the case was special. The case was about two Saudi brothers who went to court to serve their mother. The country is Saudi Arabia. They are living according to traditional laws. So the younger brother argued that his brother is aged, and that he has served their mother so far. Now he should get the opportunity to serve their mother. The elder brother strongly opposed and said, “I am the elder brother. I will serve our mother.” The court was in confusion, so it asked the mother for her opinion. She said, “What should I say? Both my sons are my everything.” The court declared the verdict by considering the age of the elder brother, that from now on the younger brother can serve the mother. The elder brother, named Hisam Al Gandi, started to cry after hearing the verdict.           By Shibilipm

THE DANGER OF SHARING EVERYTHING

Image
Thieves who entered in the house said to the women: “We are not interested to attack you or destroy your house. We will sit in the sofa. Bring the money and ornament!” She brought everything due to fear. They said to her: “Don't fool us. Where is the Diamond chain gifted by your husband for your wedding anniversary?” She gave the chain to them. They again asked: “Where is the watch gifted by your sister from Dubai?” When they got that also, they said: “We need coffee. We also need the chocolate cake that was left over yesterday.” After everything, she asked them: “You are really professional. How did you understand everything in my house?” They replied: “We are Facebook friends. I used to read your every posts.” --- Don’t display everything—even if it is happiness, sadness, or earnings. No one can live peacefully without privacy. Some questions are re...

LET NO MORE VIPANCHIKAS DIE

Image
Let No More Vipanchikas Die   “It is better for girls from penniless families not to get married.” This haunting quote comes from the suicide note of a girl named Vipanchika . Every day, more young women are losing their lives—even though we have laws against domestic violence and harassment. How many lives must we lose before we stop measuring human worth in cars, gold, and assets? The story of Vismaya was only the beginning. Where did we go wrong? Who is responsible? Is it the parents who gave the green flag to suitors who came with a checklist of dowry demands? Is it the groom's family who shamelessly asked for dowries bigger than what they gave their own daughters? Or is it the girls, who felt powerless to walk away from a marriage where love was measured in money and ornaments? All these problems can be solved —but only if we have the courage to make the right choices. Girls must decide: “I will not marry...

MASTER OF MANN KI BAAT, MISSING IN NATIONAL CRISIS

Image
It has been exposed that Narendra Modi is perhaps the weakest Prime Minister India has ever seen. A brutal terrorist attack occurred in Pahalgam — a place visited daily by nearly two thousand tourists. The terrorists managed to infiltrate India, bypassing both military surveillance and intelligence networks. A major question arises: how have the terrorists who carried out the Pahalgam attack still not been captured? Modi's supporters should not dismiss this by saying the culprits are in Pakistan. If that is your justification, then answer this: are we living in a country where anyone can freely enter and exit without consequence? Is this the state of our national security?                       The Indian Army’s surgical strike through Operation Sindoor once demonstrated its strength and competence to the world. Yet now, the situation appears to be t...

OPERATION SINDOOR: A NATION'S SILENT PROMISE

Image
Operation Sindoor was the name given to the Indian Army’s retaliatory strike following the Pahalgam attack. In a powerful post, the Army shared an image of scattered sindoor—the bright, vivid reddish-orange powder traditionally worn by married women in South Asia. This symbol not only represents marriage, but also stands for prosperity, fortune, and the blessings of Goddess Parvati.                      The tears of the wives who lost their husbands in the Pahalgam attack have not yet dried. Operation Sindoor is a tribute to these women, honouring their strength and sacrifice.                        One deeply moving image is that of Himanshi Narwal, who had married just six days before the attack. She and her husband, Vinay Narwal, were in Kashmir on their honeymoon when traged...

PANIC AT KOZHIKODE MEDICAL COLLEGE AS SMOKE FILLS WARDS ONCE MORE

Image
As smoke once again rose from Kozhikode Medical College, panic gripped thousands of poor patients. This hospital, a refuge for the impoverished, has recently made headlines for all the wrong reasons. Yesterday, at around 2:15 PM, smoke once again filled the air, spreading fear among patients who had only just begun to recover from the previous incident caused by a UPS explosion in the casualty ward.                             This time, the smoke emerged from the sixth floor, in the Super Speciality casualty block. Patients were immediately shifted to another block. The incident occurred during an inspection by the PWD Electrical Department in Operation Theatre No. 15 on the sixth floor. The fire was quickly brought under control using extinguishers. However, several items in the room—including beds, lights, and surgical tools—were damaged. ...
