A HEAVY STROKE FOR MEDIA HUNTING

 


                 High court dismissed the POCSO case of Asianet News, It was a heavy stroke for media hunting. High court single bench nullified the POCSO case against Asianet News and it's six workers due to the petition put forward by Asianet News. Pinarayi government's stances towards media are highly strange. This is how Pinarayi government is taking actions on freedom of press and freedom of expression, If it is not in the party and government's favour. 

                   It is a heavy retaliation for the blind moves of government. Government ought to apologize infront of public instead of justifying this incident. The Pinarayi government has taken actions that is equal with whatever actions that Modi government has taken against its critics. Everyone was sure how this would end, Because the government's enthusiasm had evaporated shortly after the beginning of this case. At last high court put the case into waste bin. 

                Media should be the voice of voiceless. Media should not back down due to this type of Fake cases and allegations. Media should continue to aware public against injustices.

          A man was crying because he lost in a case. But the case was special. The case was about two Saudi brothers who went to court to serve their mother. The country is Saudi Arabia. They are living according to traditional laws. So the younger brother argued that his brother is aged, and that he has served their mother so far.
